Everything in our store has been quality checked prior to dispatch. Please choose carefully as we will only accept a return or an item for exchange within the first 14 days of receipt. Exchanges made within the 14 day window from time of delivery are complimentary for all non-customised items.

When exchanging an item, the returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with bag tags still attached. Please contact us for further instructions on shipping the item back to Pedro's Bluff headquarters.

Each owner of a Pedro's Bluff piece is part of our wider family so please keep in touch as we love to hear what adventures it gets up to over the years.

Our checkout is powered by Paypal, which accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards. Laybuy is also available.

Pedro's Bluff processes all orders in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). While the content of your cart may be displayed in the currency of your choosing, you will check out using NZD at the most current exchange rate.

In the case of sales outside of New Zealand, the buyer/recipient is responsible for taxes, import duties, and/or fees that may be applicable. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For further information please contact your local customs or post service.

Each Pedro's Bluff article is packaged within a branded gift box housing a separate dustbag stamped with the Pedro's Bluff logo. All of the articles are then repackaged in a plain carton or mailer in order to discourage eventual theft.

Proper care and treatment of your goods is very important to ensure their long life and wearability. Our leathers, furs and wool require a small measure of care and maintenance to protect them from the effects of exposure resulting from regular use.

When sourcing our leathers, we ask about the origin of the leather to ensure that it is procured from an ethical source. Our deer and cow nappa is sourced from excellent tanneries in New Zealand and Australia, which supply some of the most supple, luxurious leathers that reflect the beauty of the environment these animals grew up in, and the humane husbandry that has taken place to respect and maintain their hides. Likewise, the rabbit and possum furs are sourced from smaller tanneries across New Zealand.

For optimum leather care it is best to clean your bag by gently dabbing with a soft cloth dampened in water if the product gets dirty. For fur and wool maintenance, a mild soap or baby shampoo should be applied. Try to avoid using a brush, as doing so would result in fur / wool falling out. For cow leather, protective sprays and leather conditioner are recommended for quality longevity.

Store in the branded dust bag in a well-ventilated dry area away from sunlight.
