SHIPPING

Pedro’s Bluff offers complimentary shipping to all countries.

We aim to dispatch your goods from New Zealand within five working days from receipt of your order and payment, subject to stock availability. In the event that a particular item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated date for when the item will become available again.

If you need something in a hurry, please let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we will do our best to help you.

  • For New Zealand deliveries: All orders are sent out via NZ Post's tracked CourierPost service requiring signature on delivery. Note: We can deliver to physical addresses only, not to a PO Box.

  • For International deliveries: All orders are sent out via NZ Post's tracked International Courier service requiring signature on delivery

  • Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

  • Your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

  • There should be no restrictions surrounding delivery of our goods as there are no exotic skins falling under CITES regulation.

At Pedro's Bluff, everything is charmingly human. Here, nothing is automated. Each piece is lovingly handmade and we promise it’s worth the wait!

 

RETURNS POLICY

Everything in our store has been quality checked prior to dispatch. Please choose carefully as we will only accept a return or an item for exchange within the first 14 days of receipt. Exchanges made within the 14 day window from time of delivery are complimentary*.

When exchanging an item, the returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with bag tags still attached. Please contact us for further instructions on shipping the item back to Pedro's Bluff headquarters.

If your leather goods requires repair beyond the 14-day purchase period, please get in touch. Our products are made to last and we endeavour to keep your beloved bag / accessory in tip-top quality.

Each owner of a Pedro's Bluff piece is part of our wider family so please keep in touch as we love to hear what adventures it gets up to over the years.

*Note: Return and/or exchange of personalised goods only valid for non-personalised goods. 

  

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

In the case of sales outside of New Zealand, the buyer / recipient is responsible for taxes, import duties, and / or fees that may be applicable. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For further information please contact your local customs or post service.

 

PAYMENT

Our checkout is powered by Paypal, which accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards. Laybuy is also available.

 

PACKAGING

Each Pedro's Bluff article is packaged within a branded gift box housing a separate dustbag stamped with the Pedro's Bluff logo. All of the articles are then repackaged in a plain carton or mailer in order to discourage eventual theft.
